Properly censor or tag nsfw/fetish/gore art you make of my designs, as per site rules wherever you post it.

Change the body type, gender, species, hairstyle, and etc of my designs freely.

Use my designs commercially, with proper credit to me as the designer.

Make changes to my designs, as long as it is still recognizable as the original.

Turn my designs into species characters, as long as it follows the species guidelines and doesn't break any of my other TOS.

Create alternate versions of my designs as long as you own it, have permission from me, credit me for the original, and keep them permanently linked to the original.

Co-own my designs with other users, as long as you understand that disagreements are your responsibility and not mine if you go into that kind of agreement.

Tell me about the personality or story you write for my designs you own! I'd love to hear! :)

Make unreasonable changes to my designs, I.E. overhauls, major skin color shifts, major pallete edits, and changes that otherwise cause it to be unrecognizable.

Turn my designs into offbrands.

Use my designs for any form of hateful representation.

Make entire public species based on oneoffs I make, even if you own the design.

Sell my designs for more than their initial value, unless you have commissioned artwork for it or have express permission from me.

Take inspiration/colorpick from my designs, unless you have express permission from the owner of the design and publicly credit me AND the design for the inspiration you took. _{if this is too much effort for you, don't do it at all then.}

Obtain my designs with the specific intent of giving them to somebody who is blocked/blacklisted by me.
